How do I get my vehicle?

With Van Ninja you have the option to pick up your new vehicle in person from one of our 7 collection points, or we can arrange for the vehicle to be delivered to you. You can see where each vehicle is currently located on our vehicles.

We don't own physical stores, meaning we can help you to save money.

How do we grade our vehicles?

Our vehicles are all premium brand, late model, one owner vehicles which have been fully serviced throughout their life, so you can have confidence that our products are coming from a good place where high standards have been maintained throughout.

In addition to the standard benefits outlined within our promise we assess our vehicle condition and quality in two ways; A or B. This is a grading based system that evaluates the condition of the vehicle in terms of mechanical function, exterior defects, interior cabin condition, load bay condition and condition of tyres

What happens if, when delivered, the vehicle isn't of the quality that is advertised?

Upon delivery of the vehicle a detailed handover will take place between yourself and either a Van Ninja employee or someone acting on behalf of Van Ninja.

Any points raised there would be flagged and managed at source. However, you do have peace of mind that we operate a 48-hour/500-mile no quibble return guarantee with all vehicles, as well as a 12-month warranty and 12 months' roadside assistance package. All details of this will be included within your documentation.

If you fail to be satisfied then the vehicle can either be returned or collected free of charge from point of delivery. We would then work with you to source a suitable alternative.

What happens if something mechanical fails on the vehicle

All vehicles are provided with a 48-hour/500-mile no-quibble return guarantee, and also include a 6-month warranty and 6 months' roadside assistance package. All details of this will be included within your documentation.

Do all the vans come with a full service history?

Yes, all our vans will have a full service industry and should have been serviced at a manufacturers workshop. If you would like to see a copy please don't hesitate to ask.

Can I buy insurance with Van Ninja?

Not directly, but Van Ninja are proud to introduce you to our commercial insurance brokers, Commercial Vehicle Direct (CVD).

CVD is one of the UK's largest specialist van insurance brokers. Whatever and wherever you use your van, they can help to find the best policy for you.

As commercial van insurance brokers, CVD has a range of policies from third-party, to third-party fire and theft, and comprehensive cover, plus you can choose from a number of optional extras to get a policy tailored to suit you.

What happens if live outside mainland UK?

Van Ninja regularly sell assets outside of the mainland UK and we would be delighted to discuss logistics and movement on a case by case basis (it is likely to be a chargeable delivery).

How do I pay for my vehicle?

Van Ninja are happy to accept most regular methods of payment including bank transfer, and third party funding. We also offer finance which includes a deposit contribution incentive.

Unfortunately however we do not accept cash, credit or debit card payments for our vehicles.

Do you offer part exchange?

Presently, no.

I have a fleet of vehicles, can I do multi purchase?

Yes! Van Ninja regularly supply assets for fleet purchases.

How do I get my vehicle taxed?

As you collect/take delivery of your vehicle you can take advantage of the DVLC online taxation facility. For more information go to

What can be added to my vehicle in the customisation process?

We are able to tailor most things prior to your taking delivery of the vehicle provided they are paid for ahead of receipt. Items that we regularly add to Van Ninja assets include:

  • Livery
  • Ply-lining
  • Roof bars
  • Telematics
  • Towbars

We must make you aware that whilst our 48-hour/500-mile no-quibble guarantee exists that they are no return clauses or indemnities which cover additional items fitted. This includes any cost associated with the transfer/reproduction of items should a vehicle by swapped or returned.
