In line with the government’s guidelines and the necessary collaborative approach needed to both fight and overcome the countries battle against the Coronavirus, we’ve decided to close our remarketing facilities. We recognise that your business may be one that is deemed as an ‘essential service’ during this time, and indeed a new vehicle may be needed in order to carry out your services; in such a scenario, we will continue to have a representative on standby to discuss your needs and potentially a safe supply and handover of a new vehicle if needed, only if you are classified as an Essential Service.

You will receive the following as standard

1 All one previous owner vehicles

The majority of our vehicles have been de fleeted from our sister company Dawsongroup | vans and would be classed as ex-rental, ex-staff or ex-leasing vehicles. Don't panic though, we have only selected the very best vehicles from our fleet and we only select those vehicles that are in grade A or B condition meaning we have set certain minimum standards to meet in order to bring you the highest quality vehicles at affordable prices. 2 6 months warranty (manufacturer or AA assured)

Any vehicle purchased from Van Ninja will have a minimum of 6 months warranty. For example, if you wanted to purchase a vehicle from us that had 4 months of manufacturer's warranty left we would top it up to 6 months for you absolutely free of charge.

3 Minimum 6 months MOT

All our vehicles will be provided with a minimum 6 months MOT left. Any vehicle brought onto our stock to sell with less than 4 months MOT will be re-done to highlight any issues with the vehicle.

4 Van Ninja 10 point healthcheck

These are carried out by qualified mechanics from an internal source or third party provider. They are carried out to identify any "major" issues with the vehicle before it is sold. A copy of the Healtchecks will be provided for you in your handover pack or via email at request.

5 Collect from one of our 8 handover points

We can move a vehicle to one of our 8 Van Ninja handover locations which are spread across the UK. Visit our locations page for more information.

6 Full Service History

To provide you with peace of mind, all our vehicles come with a full service history to provide transparency into any previous services the vehicle has had.

7 48 hour money back guarantee

If you aren't satisfied with your vehicle within the first 48 hours after the money has reached our bank, we will offer a full refund or a like for like replacement (if available). This is provided the vehicle is returned with no extra damage and no more than 500 miles from when you received or collected the vehicle.
